Flow Yoga and Breath Work

 

 

After the anointings and opening ceremony, we do a introductory class of basic yoga positions everyone can enjoy. We also share deep breath work to relax and awaken the energy centers. Ending with A guided imagery meditation to put our minds in the theta state for the rest of the workshop !

 

 

WONDERFUL – It furfilled the emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental and I hope to experience more !
