March 11th:      The Intention of the day is : Expanding Wonderment and New Beginnings ! 06:15 – Arrive at KEF airport with flight Iceland Air (Seattle to Reykjavik) FI680
Drive directly to Hotel Eyja
08:30 - ETA at Hotel Eyja ( eat and rest or work out in the gym lol )
12 pick up Ritabelle and Carina, Steph and Celina, Simina and Kai, Dakota and Amber back at hotel around 5.
At 5:50 ALL meet to share taxis to MEZE restaurant Laugavegur 42, Reykjav\u00edk, Capital Region

March 12th: 08:00 – Root Chakra Yoga ! Setting Your Highest Intention and Rooting it in the Body ! Meet downstairs to walk to Klambratun park ( 10 min ) weather permitting
09:00 – Breakfast at hotel
10:00 – Reykjavík City tour (3 hours) drop off at hotel – afternoon free for leisure
18:00 – Welcome dinner at Sjávargrillið  Meet outside to share taxis 15 min. before or 15 min.walk ! Pack up tonight
 
March 13th: 08:00 – Sacral Chakra Yoga The Intention of the day is : Deepening the Connection to Your Sensual and Creative Energy !
09:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – Depart from hotel Visit Þingvellir
13:00 – Greenhouse visit and light lunch at Friðheimar Visit Geysir and Gullfoss 18:00 - ETA at Stracta Hotel Hella drop bags to room
18:15 we get picked up by pre-booked RT shuttle total $15000 krona or $111 ( $6 per person or 900 krona )and dropped 7 minutes away at Hotel Ranga for a special birthday celebration dinner ( on our own dime .) Back by 9 pm
 
 
March 14th: 08:00 – Yoga at hotel ! 3rd Chakra - The Intention is to balance the EGO with personal power and self actualization

March 15th: 07:30 – Yoga for the Heart Chakra - Discover Unconditional Self Love

09:30 – Depart from hotel Visit Skaftafell national park
Continue to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, explore, and have lunch
 
14:30 – Go on a 3-hour Blue Ice Cave tour with a local tour operator
19:00 – ETA at Fosshotel Núpar eat at hotel
March 16th: 07:30 – Yoga for the Throat Chakra.
Speak, Sing and Be Creative in your TRUTH !

14:45 – 1 hour horse ride tour with a local tour operator.

March 17th: 08:00 – Yoga for the AJNA ( third eye ). Using your Intuition and Ancient Wisdom to guide you !
09:00 – Breakfast
10:00 – Meet the locals in Hveragerði.
Lunch break in Hveragerði - maybe Skyrgerdin
13:00 – Reykjadalur Hike

Hike up Reykjadalur, have a swim in the natural hot spring river.
16:00 – Arrive back from the hike to the coach and drive to Reykjavík
17:00 – ETA at Hotel Eyja
Share taxis to Gandhi Restaurant at 17:30 Bergstadastraeti 13, Reykjavik 101

March 18th: 07:30 – Yoga for the Crown Chakra ! Remembering and recognizing Compassion and Oneness in all things !
08:30 – Breakfast
09:30 – Depart from hotel
Drive for 20-30 minutes to Mt. Esja for a hike to
Mt. Esja (about 3 hours in total )
13:30 – Arrive back in the coach and drive to the Blue Lagoon 14:30 – Arrive at Blue Lagoon and relax for 2 hours - optional yoga there !
16:30 – Drive back from the Blue Lagoon 17:15 – ETA at Hotel Eyja
 
March 19th: 08:30 – Yoga - High Heart Chakra - the Aura of Love that surrounds you ~
09:30 – Breakfast
10:15 – Depart from hotel to get covid test 12:00 – Arrive in Stokkseyri for Kayak Tour 14:00 – Head back to Reykjavík
15:00 – Drop off at Sky Lagoon then we will split taxis back. Inner Fire alumni has the deluxe package and all others have the regular package ! We can eat here also. Plan to stay 2 1/2 to 3 hours ? Optional Yacht to book to see the Aurora if we haven't seen it yet !
Or go clubbing like Palama or Pablo Discobar

March 20th: 8:00 am breakfast and give your bags to front desk for 8:30 departure for Snorkeling excursion group of Eddie, Victor, Harmony and Bonnie - back to hotel around 13:00. 13:30 – Depart from hotel to KEF airport for flight FI681 at 17:05 with Iceland Air. Check into Doubletree  7:30 Copperleaf dinner

Notes: International flights to arrive into and depart out of Reykjavík International Airport. Due to narrow street in Reykjavík City Center many hotels do not have enough space for a large vehicle to stop outside. Walking distance for passengers can be up to 10 minutes, depending on location. We will use a shuttle to transfer the luggage that passengers need to pick up outside their hotel without an extra charge.  The Blue Lagoon visit is subject to availability due to high demand and restricted access. Should the Blue Lagoon not be available, an alternative hot spring will be used. Pricing is based on a minimum of 15 paying passengers.
